Our network includes specialists across all major disciplines who are available for urgent assessments, often within 48-72 hours or on request for the dates you require. For all standard cases, our specialist availability is viewable on our secure portal and can be booked within a few minutes. 

Once you are a registered user of the platform, you have secure access to Specialists, searchable by Assessment type, Specialty Type or location. Select which date suits you best and complete the booking form confirmed with an automated email summarizing the key appointment details. Need to cancel, no problem, cancel the appointment and reschedule.  

For WorkSafe Victoria matters, life insurance claims or litigated cases requiring expedited reports, we prioritise these accordingly and communicate realistic timeframes upfront. If a specialist cannot meet your deadline, we can offer alternatives. 

Our intuitive platform provides you with a visual progress bar so you always know where your assessment sits in the production process.

Before any specialist joins our network, we conduct thorough vetting including credential verification, AHPRA registration checks and review of their medico-legal experience. We only work with specialists who understand the difference between clinical opinion and independent medical assessment. 

Our quality assurance team review reports before submission to ensure they address all instructions, meet formatting standards and maintain professional objectivity. 

We never tell specialists what conclusions to reach. Their independence is what makes their opinions valuable, and we protect that rigorously. If you have concerns about a report, we facilitate dialogue between you and the specialist to clarify – but we do not pressure specialists to change clinical findings.

Our fee structure is straightforward: you can request a quote or our Fee Schedule before engaging a specialist, based on the type of assessment, complexity and specialist expertise required. No hidden fees, no surprise invoicing. 

For high-volume clients such as WorkSafe agents (EML, Gallagher Bassett, DXC, Allianz), self-insurers and law firms with ongoing matters, we offer customised pricing arrangements and preferred rates. Contact us to discuss volume-based fee structures that work for your budget. 

Billing is handled through our platform with automated invoicing. You receive itemised invoices with case references, making it simple to track expenses and allocate costs to specific matters. For WorkSafe cases, we ensure invoicing aligns with WorkSafe fee schedules and agent requirements. 

Payment terms are clear and simple – we work with your accounts payable processes rather than forcing you into rigid payment windows. We operate on 14 day payment terms. 

If a case requires additional work beyond the initial scope, we communicate this proactively and provide updated fee estimates before proceeding.
